1. What is BUZZ?
   Buzz is an SMS service which allows regular people and professionals to create their own services and make money when people subscribe to them.
2. Who can benefit from BUZZ?
   BUZZ is very useful for people who need to simultaneously send out information to a group. It is great for companies, advertising agencies, schools, groups, clubs, malls, political parties or even bloggers!
3. What kind of services can I offer?
   You can offer almost any kind of service via BUZZ but we recommend informative and appealing services such as announcements, updates, product promotions, campaigns, news bits, etc. to drive your revenues up.
4. Is there a start up fee or monthly fee to use BUZZ?
   There is no start up fee or monthly fees. Getting started with BUZZ only costs P2.50 and each update you make costs P1.00
5. Is BUZZ available on all networks?
   Buzz is only available on the SMART network. You and your customers must be SMART subscribers.
6. Is set up easy?
   Setting up your BUZZ service only takes 2 steps. You simply need to create your keyword and upload your content. Both can be done via your mobile phone.
7. How many services am I allowed to have at one time?
   There is no limit to the number of services you can have but each keyword can only be used once. A keyword that is already being used by another BUZZ user can no longer be used.
8. How much does BUZZ cost for the subscriber?
   Subscribing to a BUZZ service only costs P1.00. Each SMS or MMS message received by the subscriber also costs P1.00. Opting out of services is free.

USING BUZZ

1. How do I get started?
   You can start using the service by creating your keyword. Send CREATE <keyword> to 2330. Keywords must be 2 to 12 alphanumeric characters.
2. How does someone subscribe to my service?
   To subscribe to your service, send <keyword> ON to 2330. To unsubscribe, text <keyword> OFF to 2330.
3. How do I upload my content?
   You can send messages or updates to your subscribers, by sending <keyword> SAY to 2330.
4. Am I limited to sending text messages?
   No. You can also upload and send MMS images to your subscribers. You can do this by sending your MMS photo along with the text <keyword> SAY to 2330.
5. Is there a website where I can monitor my service/s?
   Yes. Go to www.txtbuzz.net and log in to access your account.
6. How do I log-in to my BUZZ account?
   Log in using your mobile number and the password sent to your mobile phone after you registered your keyword. You may also retrieve your password by sending PASSWORD to 2330
7. What features does the BUZZ website have?
   When you log-in to your account, you will be able to check your keywords, messages and statistics.

REVENUES AND PAYOUTS

1. Do I immediately earn from my services?
   You will start earning from your services once you meet the P10,000 monthly revenue cut-off.
2. How will I know if I’ve reached the cut-off?
   You can check your service’s logs on the BUZZ website.
3. How much will I earn?
   You will earn 30 cents for every P1.00 transaction.
4. How long do I have to wait to receive my earnings?
   Payouts will be done 90 days after your monthly statistics have been validated.
5. Where do I go to claim my payout?
   Payouts will be remitted thru a Smart Money account. You need to visit a Smart Money or Wireless Center outlet to enroll. Then, your account details must be emailed to admin@txtbuzz.net for registration. You will receive a confirmation email of your Smart Money account’s enrollment within 2 business days.
